Do I qualify as a healthcare professional?

We require all candidates to have an active license/certificate in their profession along with relevant experience. We prioritize the experience you have within the last 18 months:

  • RNs: At least 1 year of clinical experience in appropriate practice setting for desired position.
  • LPNs: At least 6 months of experience in a facility setting.
  • CNAs: At least 3 months of experience in a facility setting.
  • CBRF Aides: At least 3 months of experience in a facility setting.
How quickly can I start working?

Once you submit an application and have been screened for experience, a credentialing specialist will help you through the onboarding process. We find that this process typically takes 1-2 weeks but can be a lot shorter depending on how quickly you submit your required documents. If you can complete the onboarding process AND pick up three 8-hour shifts within 30 days, you’ll also be eligible to receive a bonus!

When can I get paid/how often?
Our pay period runs from Sunday to Saturday, and you’ll get paid every Friday.
Do you offer a referral bonus?
You’ll be eligible for a $250 bonus if you recommend a qualified healthcare professional. They must pick up at least 80 hours within the first 90 days of being onboarded.
Do you offer any benefits?

After 60 days, full-time employees are eligible for benefits.

Do you have an app for picking up shifts?

We are excited to say that an app is in development! In the meantime, our mobile-friendly website is a one-stop shop for your schedule, time keeping, credentials and more!
