Candidate FAQs
We require all candidates to have an active license/certificate in their profession along with relevant experience. We prioritize the experience you have within the last 18 months:
- RNs: At least 1 year of clinical experience in appropriate practice setting for desired position.
- LPNs: At least 6 months of experience in a facility setting.
- CNAs: At least 3 months of experience in a facility setting.
- CBRF Aides: At least 3 months of experience in a facility setting.
Once you submit an application and have been screened for experience, a credentialing specialist will help you through the onboarding process. We find that this process typically takes 1-2 weeks but can be a lot shorter depending on how quickly you submit your required documents. If you can complete the onboarding process AND pick up three 8-hour shifts within 30 days, you’ll also be eligible to receive a bonus!
After 60 days, full-time employees are eligible for benefits.
